These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chandratech Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

Chandratech Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

- DevOps and CI/CD implementation
- API development and integration
- Technical consulting and support
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your account information remains up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Payment Terms
Project pricing is outlined in your project agreement. Payment terms typically include:
- Initial deposit (typically 30-50%) upon project commencement
- Milestone payments as outlined in the statement of work
- Final payment upon project completion and approval
Late Payments
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our IP
The website, services, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Chandratech Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Project Deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain rights to:
- Reusable components and frameworks
- General methodologies and techniques
- Pre-existing IP and third-party libraries
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary content, materials, and access
- Respond to requests for information within agreed timeframes
- Ensure all provided materials comply with applicable laws
- Make timely payments as outlined in the agreement
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with industry standards. We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes and issues arising from our work.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANDRATECH SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or third-party content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the course of the relationship. This obligation continues for 3 years after project completion. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement:
- For convenience with 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breach not cured within 15 days of notice
- Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent
Upon termination, client must pay for all work completed to date. We will deliver work-in-progress upon receipt of payment.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations for 30 days. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
